  • Membership is open to crime and intelligence analysts, students, educators, and sworn law enforcement officers working within the State of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.

  • As a MiCIAA member, you gain access to the MiCIAA member portal, our professional network, training events, and resources tailored to Michigan analysts.

    What's included:

    • MiCIAA certificate of membership

  • MiCIAA Only — $25/year For crime and intelligence analysts in Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana. Includes member portal access, professional network, training events, and certificate of membership.

    MiCIAA + IACA Dual — $40/year Everything in MiCIAA membership plus full IACA membership — connecting you to the state and national analyst community at the best available rate.

    Student — $15/year For students currently enrolled in criminal justice, intelligence studies, data analysis, or a related field. Includes full member portal access and all MiCIAA member benefits.

  • Apply or renew online through the MiCIAA website by completing the membership form and submitting payment.

  • As of April 20, 2026, memberships run from June 1 to May 31 annually. Members may join at any time during the year; dues are not prorated. Renewal is required each year.

  • Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for the IACA Membership team to complete profile updates/additions in their system and send new member notifications. You will receive communications directly from the IACA.
